Born From A Problem We Lived
The Observation
We noticed something fundamental changing about how people find businesses online. Increasingly, the first touchpoint is no longer a search engine — it is an AI assistant. People are asking ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for answers and recommendations. The result is even more astounding — entirely new brands are getting recommended while established ones are invisible.
The Realisation
Traditional SEO has dominated the digital marketing world for the past two decades. It isn't entirely built for the new journey the world has collectively embarked on.
